  Meet Ziggy!
(#2994)

Ziggy is a very sweet, quiet, shy little fellow who came from a breeder surrender. You can see Ziggy's before picture (see below) - he had dreadlocks but when his foster mom bathed and cut he had a face after all!! Because of the dreadlocks she named him Ziggy.

Ziggy is a 7 year old black griff with just a touch of white in his beard and he weighs only about 10 lbs. now. He came to us at only 7 lbs. very underweight but he is learning how nice it is to be a beloved pet with good nutrition. The vet says that Ziggy should probably weigh about 12 lbs. and he is working to that goal!!

Ziggy has learned how to walk on a leash. His foster mom says he is doing quite well on housebreaking and hasn't made any mistakes in her house in a number of weeks!

Ziggy is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.

Ziggy is being fostered in Greensboro, NC.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
