Meet Vista!
We
gave this sweet little girl the name VISTA because it means "a
pleasing view". You see, this little girl was dumped on the streets
of Wichita. We assume it was because she has dry eye and needs
daily eye drops to keep from going blind. The dog pound was going
to put her to sleep because no one would adopt her, so we took
her.
So VISTA is our wish for her....that she has a pleasing view for
the rest of her life.
We think Vista is about six years old. She weighs sixteen pounds.
Vista has the most pleasing personality. She never barks. She
just wants to be with you. She is house-trained, crate-trained,
lead-trained, and an expert on giving kisses.
She will jump up on the couch and roll over on her back so you
can scratch her tummy. She doesn't ask for much, but she does
love to sleep in your bed. She will require eye drops 2-3 times
a day for the rest of her life.
Vista is spayed, heartworm negative, on preventative, up to date
on shots, and microchipped. She would love a second chance in
a loving home. You won't regret it.
Vista is located near Wichita, Kansas.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our adoption
application. If you would like more information, please contact
Pam.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
