  Meet Timmy!
(#3087)

Timmy came to us from an Amish puppy mill. He was turned in to a vet clinic to be euthanized. His eyes were filled with fear. It was as if he was a wild animal taken out of his cage for he very first time. Now he is a snuggle bunny who loves to sleep in bed and cuddle on the couch. Timmy has a ways to go but the progress he has made only proves he will continue to bloom.

Timmy needs a special person who has the patience but mostly love to rebuild the personality and heart that is locked deep inside this guy after being locked in a cage for so many years in a puppy mill. He needs to be held, loved and held some more. He has come a LONG way as a foster but is now ready for his very own person. He would do best in a house with other dog(s), no more than 2 adults, and without kids. He must have a fenced yard, a dog bed and be able to sleep on your bed.

Timmy is about 6 years old and he weighs about 11 lbs. He is neutered and heart worm negative. He takes heart worm preventative and is up to date on vaccines.

Timmy is being fostered in Lansing, MI.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Lyn at gingersnap@frontier.com.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
