Meet Tanner - an energetic 15 month old ball of fun. Tanner came to us from a shelter. He spent 5 months of his puppyhood there. Tanner loves everyone he meets. We are working on puppy manners. His happy energy sometimes flows over. He is a very smart guy. He loves to fetch and and squeak toys. He adores children and other dogs. His play is a little exuberant for a small dog. He would be better with a larger griffon or another moderate sized dog. Tanner will be a great family dog. He needs a gentle obedience class to help him learn to be the perfect family member. He has come so far in the few weeks we have had him. His desire to please makes him easy to train. He would be a great obedience and agility dog. Tanner is an active young dog that would do best with a family with children 8 and up.
Tanner is crate trained and housebroken. Tanner is 26 pounds, neutered and up to date on heartworm and all vaccines.
Tanner is being fostered in Marion, OH.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Lyn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
