Meet Ruby Tuesday!
Ruby Tuesday is a beautiful, small red smooth Griff who is looking for a new family to call her own. Ruby was an owner surrender due to a small child in the home and lack of time to devote to Ruby.
Ruby is not demanding of your time or space but is shy and timid when you first meet her. She is leery of men and gets nervous around young children. Ruby really enjoys playing with other dogs so she would be happiest with fur brothers or sisters to play with in her new home. She is house trained and is working on crate training. Ruby does well if she can be gated off in a small area with a baby gate while you are away.
Ruby is nine years old, weighs 10 lbs., and is spayed. Her vaccinations are up to date, she’s micro-chipped, heartworm negative / on preventative, recent dental and ready for adoption. All Ruby needs now is a family of her very own who will be patient with her, fur siblings that like to play and will allow her to blend with the pack.
Due to her small size and issues with children Ruby cannot go to a home with small children so please don’t ask.
Ruby is located in Houston, Texas.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Margie Simon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
