  Meet Princes Grace!
(#2966)

Princess Grace is a 5 year old Griff mix Ė maybe mixed with Maltese? She has natural ears and a natural tail. She is very small. She weighs about 8 lbs. but I donít know where (she looks to me more like 5lbs). She loves to cuddle and give kisses. She gets along well with children and smaller dogs but seems to have issues when it comes to bigger dogs. Her first owner passed away and she was handed from person to person until now. Poor little thing has had 4 homes in 5 years and is afraid to be left again. She is a Velcro Griff and really freaks out if left alone. I had her in a 36Ē doggie play pen after she was spayed and she got out of it in two seconds. She needs a forever lap to sit on. She doesnít like to share her person. She would be best in a stay at home or works from home Mom or Dad. She is better in a home without small children as she is very delicate. No big dogs! She wonít steal treats but once she gets it, itís hers and you can't run fast enough to get it back. She dances for her food.

She is potty trained on a leash and is learning the dog door. Because of the large birds of prey here in Florida she should never be outside alone! She goes in the dog door better than she goes out.

Princess Grace is spayed and UTD on all her vaccines. She is heart worm negative and takes heart worm preventative.

Princess Grace is being fostered in Port Richey, FL.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
