Patrick is a 3 year old neutered male who was surrendered to rescue because his owner could no longer care for him. Patrick is sweet but very shy. He warmed right up to his foster mom but it took a little time. Patrick gets along fine with the other dogs in his foster home – but he has only recently started learning to play with the other dogs.
Patrick weighs about 15 lbs. He wants to learn to love very badly but he will need patience and time for that. Patrick is a food lover – so that will help with his training as he wants to please for a treat. He is doing very well with his housebreaking habits and he is crate trained.
Patrick is micro-chipped and current on all vaccines. He is heart worm negative and takes heart worm preventative.
Patrick is being fostered in Norwalk, CT.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
