Meet Oscar!
Oscar was kept in a cage in a puppy mill for the first two years of his life. A couple who lived in an apartment and worked full time thought they would rescue him, but six months later they turned him over to a vet to be euthanized because he was too high strung.
Fortunately the vet called NBGR. Oscar isn't high strung -- he's just a Griff!
He needs a human around to make him happy -- he wants a little TLC -- and he would like another little Griff to play with.
Oscar is a black rough Griff. He weighs 12 pounds. He is neutered, microchipped, on heart-worm preventative, and up to date on all vaccinations.
Oscar is being fostered in the Milford, Indiana area.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our adoption application. If you would like more information, please contact Pam.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
