Meet MugZ!
(#3636)

Meet MugZ, the sweetest gentle giant. This 11-year-old gentleman was surrendered when his owner became ill and could no longer care for him. MugZ would love to find "his person" and loyally stick to his or her side. He'd happily follow his new best friend anywhere. MugZ's foster mom says he is a happy boy who never meets a stranger and is a "total lovebug." He loves other dogs as well.
MugZ walks well on a leash and would benefit from daily exercise to help find his boyish figure. He is housebroken and uses potty pads at night if needed.
MugZ was recently diagnosed with Cushing's. He easily takes one pill per day with a treat and will need to be checked periodically to ensure he is at the right dosage. MugZ is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and micro-chipped. All he needs now is his special someone.
If you think MugZ sounds like the perfect fit for your home, please fill out our Adoption Application. Or, if you have previously completed an application or adopted/fostered for NBGR in the past, there is no need to complete another. Just let Holly Pruitt know you are interested at hpruitt4@yahoo.com. Please keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of their foster location. At 35 pounds, MugZ is too big to fly in a carrier under the seat.
MugZ is being fostered in Colorado Springs, CO.
