Meet Monica!
Monica is a four year old female Griff surrendered by a backyard
breeder. She is very petite with a beautiful soft coat. She weighs
seven pounds and needs to gain a pound or so. Monica has eyes
that will melt your heart and a gentle timid spirit. What she
wants more than anything is someone to cuddle with and love. She
quickly attaches to her owner and is a true velcro Griff in every
sense of the word.
Monica does not like to share her owner with other dogs. She wants
to be the princess in your life and she fills the role completely.
Monica can be very possessive. She would rather not have kids
getting in her space. She loves to sleep in bed with her foster
parents.
Monica is doing very well with her house training with the aid
of a doggie door and walks. She does well on a leash. Monica is
heartworm negative, on preventative, up to date on vaccinations,
spayed and microchipped and is being fostered near Atlanta.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our adoption
application. If you would like more information, please contact
Susan.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
