Mona is an elegant, graceful, eleven lb, 4-year-old smooth Griff with the most wonderful, expressive face. She is somewhat shy, but really enjoys being petted and loved on. She seems to prefer a quiet household but would probably do well with a family as long as it is not rough and tumble.
Mona immediately bonded with her foster family and has taken their hearts. If they weren't at their limit for dogs, she would already be home. Mona gets along well with other dogs and would prefer having a loving buddy to be with. It appears that all she needs to make her life complete is a perfect forever home.
She is potty- and crate-trained, heartworm negative and on preventative, and up to date on her shots. Her foster mom is working with her on leash training.
Here is a cute video of Mona.
Mona is located in Georgetown, TX.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Connie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
