  Meet Miss Lacy!
(#3422)

National Brussels Griffon Rescue, Inc. is very proud to announce the arrival of our stunningly beautiful Miss Lacy near Kansas City! This classy statuesque little lady is not only breathtaking to look at, but more importantly she is every bit as sweet, charming, and loving on the inside! Miss Lacy is all class, yet she has an irresistible fun loving playful nature that captivates those who are privileged to meet her!

Miss Lacy's previous life companion recently passed away. They shared 12 delightful years together, and she is missed deeply.

Despite her grievous loss, Miss Lacy is eternally optimistic, and understands that life must go on, and each new day brings hope, renewal, and unbridled joy! We guarantee her optimism and zest for life will be a daily inspiration for her next lucky life partner!

Miss Lacy is resplendently dazzling at 21 lbs. She is perfect in every way making it easy to forget she is deaf for one simple reason: the sweet song of life is played from within her gracious heart!

Here is a cute video of Miss Lacy.

Our elegant Miss Lacy has been given a clean bill of health, is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative, on monthly preventative, and micro chipped.

We never place dogs in homes reliant on electric or invisible fencing to contain pets. Fencing of this type may or may not keep a dog in the yard, nor does this type of fencing protect pets from predators, free roaming dogs, or people who may enter the yard. Should there be a power outage, the fence would be rendered useless. If a pet were to panic and run through the barrier and take an electrical jolt from the fence, that pet would not be inclined to return home, and could be lost forever.

Miss Lacy is being loving fostered in a private home in Overland Park, KS near Kansas City.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Jan at nbgrtexas@yahoo.com.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.

Update!

Miss Lacy has been Adopted!

Please join National Brussels Griffon Rescue, Inc. in officially congratulating one of our newest foster families as they welcome our lovely Miss Lacy into their lives as a forever family member! Fostering not only saves lives, but it is also a wonderful way to determine if the dog you are caring for might be the right permanent fit for your family, especially if you have other pets or children.

NBGR pays for all vetting expenses while a Griff is in foster care. All we ask of our foster families is to provide a healthy diet, safe environment, and of course lots of love until the foster Griff is placed in an adoptive home. If you are interested in helping NBGR save lives, please go to our home page where you will find the link to our foster home application on the upper left side of the page, or direct inquiries to nbgrtexas@yahoo.com
