  Meet Kimi & Kishi!
(#3425 and #3426)

NBGR'S awesome little 8 lb. - 7 yr. old KIMI & KISHI were adopted February 3rd in Kansas City and are now living out their brand new happily ever after in Houston, Texas with their new mom and dad! We couldn't be happier for these 2 sweet girls and their new parents. Please join us in congratulating Kimi & Kishi and their proud new mom and Dad!

Bill & Pat previously adopted Pixie & Dolly from NBGR in 2010. Their life with Bill & Pat was nothing short of a little slice of heaven. Sadly, one by one Pixie & Dolly crossed over the bridge as age caught up with them. Bill & Pat had decided to wait on adopting again until after Pat retired.

You can read Pixie & Dolly's story here.

All that changed when Bill & Pat saw Kimi & Kishi's pictures, and instantly knew they were perfect for them. Sometimes love has a way of interceding on our best laid out plans, and change our lives for the better forever!

Happy endings is what rescue is all about! We could not continue saving Griffs in need if we did not have wonderful adoptive families like Bill & Pat who welcome these sweet orphans of the storm into their hearts and home!

A very special thank you to Natasha Esau and Nancy & Larry Moody who helped transport Kimi & Kishi to their foster home in Kansas City.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Jan at nbgrtexas@yahoo.com.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
