  Meet Booker!
(#2845)

Booker is a seven pound, ten year old senior who was taken to a shelter and left. How sad, you spend your life with a family then after years of devotion they dump you? Hope the same thing doesn’t happen to them when they grow older.

Booker is a sweet boy who loves people and dogs – especially other Griffs. He freely gives his foster mom kisses on the cheek in return for her fabulous back rubs. He also doesn’t object to being held like a baby. Speaking of babies, Bookers teeth were in bad shape when he came to us so during his recent dental visit they had to pull all of his teeth. Now that his little mouth is healed he is feeling so much better and doing fine on soft food.

Booker will be wonderful for someone looking for a calm, devoted companion. He prefers a quieter lifestyle but still has a good time prancing around in the backyard and going for walks. A trait true to Griffs, Booker will follow you everywhere so you are never alone. He is neutered, heartworm negative, on preventative, and up to date on his shots.

Booker looks forward to meeting his new family and wants them to know he still has lots of love to give. Booker also wants you to know that he loves to snuggle so if you have a little extra room in the big bed he will gladly share it with you. What more can you ask for?

Here is a cute video of Booker.

Booker is located in near Oklahoma City, OK.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Connie at conniel@andell.com.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
