Little Bay came to rescue from a hoarding situation in Ohio. Luckily a volunteer saw her and made it her mission to find someone to take her and alerted us to her need.
In spite of her sketchy background Bay is a remarkable girl. She is the happiest and sweetest little girl you can imagine. Her foster mom says she is a dream dog – and she would know since Bay sleeps under the covers in her arms!
Bay loves to play with all the other dogs in her foster home – and when the play time is over she wants to be in your arms to snuggle with you. Bay went to obedience training with her foster mom and breezed through her CGC test. Bay just wants attention and is happy to be with older kids. She actually likes to get dressed up and will strut around in her clothes showing off. But mostly she just wants love and snuggles.
Bay weighs 9 lbs. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. Bay came to us with allergy issues but good food has straightened her out. We think she is 6-8 years old.
Bay is being fostered in Marion, OH.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Lyn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
